Cancellation & Refund Policy

SOCIETY OF ALLIED IMAGING AND RADIOGRAPHERS ASSOCIATION OF MAHARASHTRA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and processing or shipping has begun.
- We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers or eatables. However, refund or replacement may be considered if the customer proves that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.
- If you receive damaged or defective items, please report them to our Customer Service team. Your request will be considered once the merchant verifies the claim. This must be reported within 30+ days of receiving the product.
- If the product received is not as described or does not meet expectations, you must notify our customer service within 30+ days of receipt. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action.
- For products covered under manufacturer warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.
- In cases where a refund is approved by the association, the refund will be processed within 16–30 days to the original payment method.
